Our Approach

National Curriculum (CAPS)

Kwamtshwili Primary School follows the South African National Curriculum Statement (NCS) and Curriculum and Assessment Policy Statement (CAPS), ensuring our learners meet national standards.

Our Foundation Phase emphasizes mother-tongue (isiZulu) literacy instruction, while the Intermediate Phase transitions learners to English as a First Additional Language (EFAL).
